Stocks were flat on news of Europe’s central bank opting to not provide financial support for banks in Greece.

The Dow gained seven points, while the Nasdaq lost 11 points and the S&P lost nine.

U.S. crude lost nearly nine percent on Wednesday, finishing at $48.45.
