The State Water Resources Control Board is scheduled to consider adopting stricter water conservation regulations.

The decision will be made during a meeting Tuesday in Sacramento. The board is mulling whether to limit the watering of lawns and landscaping to twice a week, and whether to limit water use at restaurants, bars and hotels.
