A Ford City man is behind bars after Kern County Sheriff’s detectives say he sold marijuana and Xanax to a 13-year-old girl.

The arrest of 19-year-old Rubicel Marroquin on April 25 capped a six-day investigation.

Investigators say he sold the drugs to the teen on at least five occasions over a month-long span.
