Kern County investigators aren’t sure who killed a 17-year-old Wasco girl whose remains were found in Poso Creek near McFarland last November.

Sheriff’s spokesman Ray Pruitt says detectives are sure evidence points to Yoselin Calderon being murdered, but wouldn’t elaborate.

The coroner’s office ruled the death a homicide on Tuesday.
