The coroner’s office says a man died from blunt-force trauma after Kern County Sheriff’s deputies say he was assaulted by his roommate at their Lake Isabella home on Curran Avenue.

48-year-old Kirk Haag was hospitalized on April 24 and died Wednesday.

31-year-old murder suspect Raymond Tenorio was found in Oxnard on that same day.
