A passenger killed in a car crash in Delano has been identified by the coroner’s office as 25-year-old Randy Cacabilos.

Police say the vehicle slammed into a tree at 20th and Norwalk streets after 2 p.m. Monday.

Cacabilos died at the scene. It’s not clear if drugs or alcohol were involved in the wreck.
