A man accused of setting a fire at Quincy and Owens streets that extended into a neighboring apartment building in east Bakersfield has pleaded no contest to a count of arson.

Rudy Bribiesca will be given a four-year prison sentence Aug. 27. The fire on July 17 displaced 26 people.
