More than 100 people across Kern County are waking up in the dark due to a power outage from this morning’s rainstorm.

Twenty-one PG&E customers in southeast Bakersfield near Wilson Road are affected and 141 in Wasco near the intersection of highways 43 and 46. PG&E expects the power to be restored this afternoon.
