Four people have been busted in central Bakersfield for selling meth after deputies got a tip on a drug selling operation. Arthuro Juarez, Michael Romero, Rudolph Arias, and Samantha Bise were taken into custody Wednesday afternoon at a house northeast of Golden State Avenue where a pistol and drug paraphernalia were also found.
