The Kern County Mental Health Department is reporting a possible data breach. Managers say the breach could have exposed private medical information for those who received care in September 2006. A single piece of paper was left behind during a recent office relocation and the department says there is no reason to think anyone saw it but they are required to divulge the mistake.
