Local civil rights activist Dolores Huerta will speak at the Democratic National Convention.Her appearance comes on the convention’s final night well ahead of Hillary Clinton’s acceptance speech. Huerta speaks Thursday around 3:00 PM our time on the day’s theme of “Stronger Together.” The Latino Interactive Voter Education project says the co-founder of the United Farm Workers is also a California delegate.
