Sheriff’s deputies have taken several people into custody on suspicion of running a meth lab in southwest Bakersfield.

It began around 9:00 Sunday night with a domestic violence call on Rosewall Street off Gosford Road. Deputies soon surrounded the house and ordered everyone out, which was eight people including children.
