The former deputy who has twice escaped custody has been found again. 45-year-old Edward Tucker was in the gold Toyota Highlander he was thought to driving when he was stopped in Lake Isabella around noon Friday. He walked away from a recovery home early this week where he was serving a one-year sentence for drugs and weapons charges, Tucker also escaped from jail last year.
