A bill has been signed into law to requiring posters be displayed in California schools.The posters in English, Spanish and other languages would a phone number kids can call to report abuse or neglect. Valley Senator Andy Vidak authored the law which requires the posters be ready by next July. Vidak says Texas enacted the same measure and abuse reports increased by 38 thousand in the first year.
