Traffic signals on Ming Avenue from Manning Street to Real Road could be causing traffic problems. Bakersfield Public Works is making modifications to the signal lights all this week and that means there will be times when the lights are flashing red or not working at all. The work is being done from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM through Friday. Lights will go back to their regular routine after work hours each day.
