There are now more allegations of possible misuse of the law enforcement database by Kern High School District employees. The district says they were told by the D.A. last week that the Tulare County District Attorney and the State Justice Department are handling the investigation. Previous allegations did not result in charges being filed. The change is because the Kern County D.A.’s office says there would be a conflict of interest for them to investigate further.
