A man in a wheelchair who was run over and killed at East California Avenue and Baker Street has been identified.The coroner says the victim is 70-year-old Victor Luna of Bakersfield. Police are still looking for a light-colored pickup or SUV that struck him around 6:30 Saturday morning while he was in the crosswalk. The driver continued eastbound on California Avenue.
