A man charged with killing his friend following an argument at a Lost Hills apartment has entered a plea of not guilty. 23-year-old Daniel Hernandez Ruiz was ordered Tuesday to be held without bail for first-degree murder and is due back to court October 18th. 33-year-old Fredy Perez was stabbed last Thursday morning.
