The Army Corps of Engineers has released a report finding on impacts from the Lake Isabella Dam.The document finds no significant environmental, social or cultural impacts from design modifications on the Lake Isabella Dam Project. The Corps says they are now set to begin construction for seismic retrofitting of the earthen main and auxiliary dams next year. Pre-construction work to relocate some facilities begins later this month.
