New data analysis finds Highway 99 is the most dangerous road in the United States. ValuePenquin financial services reports there have been more than 62 fatalities per one hundred miles on the 99 over the past five years and Fresno is its deadliest city. The highway also ranks second in drunk driver deaths per hundred miles with 17. Second overall and first for DUI’s is Interstate 45 in Texas.
