Bakersfield police are looking for a missing teenaged girl who they say is at-risk because of a medical condition. 17-year-old Natalie Silva was last seen Saturday wearing a white tank top and blue jeans on Jackstraw Street in the area of Hosking Road and Union Avenue in south Bakersfield.
