An Arvin man is being investigated for DUI after a fatal accident near Delano. The CHP says 35-year-old Adrian Meza failed to stop around 6:00 Sunday morning at Garces Highway and Wildwood Road and hit a truck pulling a livestock trailer. One person in Meza’s pickup died and three were injured, five cattle were also killed. The people in Meza’s truck were not wearing seat belts and the identities of those killed has not been released.
