The Department of Motor Vehicles continues to work on a computer outage.The crash affected two Kern County offices. The F Street office in Bakersfield and the DMV in Arvin were affected all day Tuesday after computers crashed statewide Monday. The agency says their online services are available and they hope to have the problem soon fixed.
