Sheriff’s deputies have taken a man into custody after finding three ounces of meth and a stolen semi-automatic pistol in his car during a traffic stop. 27-year-old Ruben Estrada was pulled over Wednesday night on Niles Street and Fairfax Road in east Bakersfield on suspicion of driving while high. A K-9 officer sniffed out the gun and the drugs.
