A man and five children have been hurt after their SUV rolled over near the Kern County Raceway and some of the injuries are major.

The accident happened Sunday morning on I-5 near State Route 43 when the car blew a tire and the driver unsuccessfully tried to get to the right hand shoulder. The kids were not wearing seat belts.
