The coroner’s office has identified a man killed when his Toyota collided with a John Deere tractor as 27-year-old Jaime Silva Junior of Arvin. The Highway Patrol says the crash early Sunday morning off North Rancho Drive and Herring Road injured three other people. One of them had major injuries.
