A Central Valley man has been arrested in Texas accused of stealing hundreds of cattle, investment fraud and embezzlement. Tulare County Sheriff Mike Boudreaux says 36-year-old Justin Greer of Exeter would borrow cows from other ranches he was familiar with. He says Greer would do what is known as over-branding, making them his own, he’s being held on $1.9 million bail.
