There’s a temporary gag order in the case of a man accused of killing an 18-year-old Bakersfield woman nearly 39 years ago. Judge Skip Staley issued it Monday for Prentice Foreman and will remain in effect until January 16th. He’s charged with the death of Dawn Koons who was found in her apartment on South Real Road.
