Police have released new details on the officer-involved shooting outside the Bakersfield Heart Hospital. Sergeant Ryan Kroeker says before the incident December 1st, the suspect Brandon Clark, visited his mother’s home. Investigators have determined Officer Felipe Juarez fired two shots at Clark and Officer James Montgomery used four rounds. Clark has been arrested on several felony charges and will be booked once he’s medically cleared.
