Author Michael Yankoski has been named the keynote speaker of the 38th annual Bakersfield Prayer Breakfast. The event is set for Thursday morning at 6:40 inside the Rabobank Theater and Convention Center. Organizers say it began in 1975 and is sponsored by a bible study group.
