Four Bakersfield residents have been arrested for swiping credit cards out of a car in Valencia then using them at nearby stores. Santa Clarita Valley Sheriff’s deputies used surveillance video to find Kristina Black, Jessica Fisher, Brandon Lane and Romel Fatouhi earlier this month. They are suspects in three other burglaries.
