A man has died after his van flipped and hit the center divider on Highway 58 near Edwards Air Force Base.

The CHP says the victim got out of the car after Wednesday afternoon’s crash at Rosamond Blvd., but paramedics couldn’t save him.

It’s unclear why he lost control.
