Two storm systems and cold temperatures are headed our way bringing rain to the valley and snow to the mountains. National Weather Service Meteorologist Jim Bagnall says it possible we could even see some snowflakes in Bakersfield…

Bagnall says the valley should get about a half-inch to three quarters of an inch of rain this week, with two to three feet of snow in the mountains, which could mean highway closures. Bagnall says mountain snow could start falling Tuesday night, with rain coming to the valley on Wednesday.
