It was a wintry weekend in Kern County, but these storms are not over yet…

Meteorologist Jim Bagnall with the National Weather Service in Hanford says the Tehachapi and Fort Tejon areas got a couple of feet of snow over the weekend, and Bakersfield got close to two inches of rain. The National Weather Service forecast calls for about three to five inches of snow in the Tehachapi area Tuesday night and Wednesday, and one to three inches over the Grapevine.
