Governor Newsom is pledging the state will spend 30 million dollars to build 12-hundred small homes to help ease homelessness and clear out encampments…

Some of the homes are as small as 120 square feet, and some can be built in as little as an hour and a half. It’s up to local governments to decide where the homes will go.
