It happened again. Just three days after a man was struck and killed by a car on Wible Road, and another pedestrian has died. Highway Patrol Officer Tomas Martinez says this crash was three miles away, on Wible Road at Wood Lane…

Martinez says a 32 year-old man was standing in the roadway, and the driver didn’t see him. He died at the scene. The investigations continue, but in both cases the drivers co-operated and drugs, alcohol,and excessive speed were not factors.
