An elderly Bakersfield man has been arrested after police say they found child porn on his cell phone. Joseph Maretich was apprehended October 22nd when a worker with the Bakersfield Police Department’s digital forensics unit reportedly found child sexual abuse material on the 64-year-old’s device during an unrelated investigation.
