The search continues for the person who shot a teenager to death in southwest Bakersfield. Authorities say Albert Briseno, Jr., 15, has been identified as the suspect involved in a shooting Sunday night at the Marketplace on Ming Avenue where another 15-year-old boy was found near Edwards Cinema in the parking lot across from Cal State Bakersfield. Police are are also searching for the handgun used in the killing. The victim was pronounced dead at Kern Medical. His name has not been released. Anyone with information in the case is urged to contact the Bakersfield Police Department.
