A fifteen year old boy suspected in a fatal shooting of another teenager at the Marketplace in Southwest Bakersfield has turned himself in. Bakersfield Police say Albert Briseno, Jr. surrendered to authorities Tuesday afternoon in connection to the shooting death of Prince Banner, 15, in a parking lot of the shopping center on Sunday. Friends and family held a vigil Tuesday night for the Stockdale High School student at the spot where he was gunned down near Edwards Cinema.
