A man is recovering after a vehicle with a dark window tint rammed his truck off the road in Fresno. It happened last Friday on Highway 180 near the Highway 99 interchange when the driver of the vehicle with the tinted windows was unable to see the pickup beside them because of the excessive window tint. The driver pushed the truck off the road and into a tree during an attempted lane change. The Highway Patrol says the incident serves as a reminder of why the CHP is strict about window tint regulations.
