A man is facing a sexual battery charge after a bizarre incident at a car wash in east Bakersfield. The victim claims a man squirted semen from a bottle on her clothing as she vacuumed her car at Mister Car Wash on Mt. Vernon Avenue on May 31. Police arrested Fernando Moreno the next day. A car wash employee told police a similar incident occurred on May 20 but the incident wasn’t reported to police. Officers found two small bottles when they arrested Moreno in June — one labeled “lotion” containing a “viscous white fluid.” Moreno is a registered sex offender.
