An Arvin man is behind bars after probation officers find guns at his house. Kern County Probation Officers searched the home of Ruben Martinez in the 100 block of B Street on Tuesday and reportedly found two 9-millimeter handguns. Martinez is charged firearm possession by a felon, possession of ammunition by a prohibited person, and participating in a street gang.
