Police arrest a man from Phoenix, Arizona who allegedly stole hundreds of gallons of fuel from a gas station in Ridgecrest. Noel Delgado, 42, was apprehended early Tuesday morning after he allegedly used a device that allowed him to siphon around 500 gallons of diesel from the Gas Flyers Station on North China Lake Boulevard. Police got word of a box truck parked at the station for a long period of time and reportedly found the fuel in the back of the vehicle when they got to the scene. Delgado faces Grand Theft and other charges. Authorities say he was arrested on similar charges in Los Angeles County a week ago.
