A child support hearing regarding former Kern County Supervisor Zack Scrivner has been put off until February 4. A request by Scrivner’s wife to postpone the hearing which was originally set for January 16 has been delayed because she has a pre-paid vacation and will be out of the state. Scrivner is prohibited from contacting his children and his wife as a result of a temporary restraining order after an incident at their Tehachapi home in late April. Scrivner was reportedly involved in a physical altercation with his children over allegations involving a pre-teen. He has not been charged with a crime.
