Bakersfield police have arrested a man who allegedly exposed himself to children.

Rosado Otero was arrested February 20, 2025, after police investigated lewd acts against children in three separate incidents between October 2024 and January 2025.

Police say the incidents occurred near the intersections of Barsanti Avenue and Voltera Street, Reliance Drive and Harris Road, and March Meadows Way and Cedar Springs Drive.
