The Kern County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the community’s assistance in locating a missing 24-year-old man. William Harris was last seen by family in 2021. He is described as a 6’1″ tall, 170-pound white male with brown hair and blue eyes. Harris suffers from mental health issues.
