A man accused of groping an EMT and masturbating on a GET bus was sentenced Wednesday to time served and must register as a sex offender for life.

Myron Washington Jr., 32, was also sentenced to three years of probation and was ordered to take psychiatric treatment and complete a sex offender management program.

Washington pleaded no contest last month to charges of assault with the intent to commit a sex crime, failure to register as a sex offender and indecent exposure.

He was initially found incompetent and spent several months in a state mental hospital.
