Three men have been charged in connection to an armed robbery at a Bakersfield CBD shop.

Miguel Arredondo, Hector Reynaga, and Martin Zendejas are accused of entering the shop in the 2500 block of Stine Road with handguns drawn in 2023.

The men allegedly threatened to kill a security guard if he didn’t hand over the money. They reportedly destroyed the shop’s digital video recorder.

Charges include second degree robbery and false imprisonment.

The men are being held without bail and go to court May 9.
