Police arrested a man Thursday after he was found with a fake gun at a central Bakersfield health clinic.

It happened around 10:30 a.m. at Kern Medical’s REACH and GROW clinic on 34th Street.

The man was taken for a mental evaluation at Behavioral Health and Recovery Services.

There’s no word yet on his identity.
