Bakersfield police are asking for the public’s help finding a missing at-risk man.

19-year-old Andrew Morgan disappeared Sunday evening from the 5500 block of Rivulet Run Court.

He’s considered at-risk because of his mental health conditions.

Morgan is described as Hispanic, 5’10” inches tall, 114 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing blue jeans, a red hooded sweatshirt with a black logo, black socks, no shoes.
